Corrections, disputes and removals for your listing

Every insurance agency listing on Toronto, Ontario Insurance Agency Guide is assembled from public business information, and every score comes out of the same published rubric applied to public Google reviews (ranking method). No business pays for placement here, and payment never changes a score. This page sets out how to request a correction, dispute a score, or ask for removal.

Corrections to your listing details

Your business name, address, phone number, website, opening hours, and services can be corrected if you provide the right information along with something we can verify it against, such as your website or your Google Business Profile. Once we apply a correction, it stays in place through future data refreshes, so you will not see the old detail reappear.

Disputing your score or summary

Scores are not hand-edited and cannot be negotiated. A dispute is a claim that the underlying data is incorrect, for example that your profile has been matched to the wrong business, that reviews are attributed to you incorrectly, or that a review summary misstates what reviewers actually wrote. When you dispute, we re-check the sources and regenerate your listing. A dispute is not a request for a higher number.

Asking for removal

We remove listings for agencies that are permanently closed, that duplicate another listing, or that fall outside the scope of this directory. Our data refreshes monthly and automatically catches and removes closed businesses. An accurate, in-scope listing may be declined for removal, and we will tell you the reason plainly.

How we respond

Every request is acknowledged within 5 business days. Confirmed removals are actioned within 7 days. Declined requests come with the reason.
